Can you provide samples and what is the cost?
Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly. Customized samples require a sample fee.
What is the lead time for samples and delivery?
Samples take 5-7 days. For bulk orders, general delivery is within 15-30 days after order confirmation.
Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
Yes. You can send your label design to us for production, or send finished labels for us to apply.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM service, general MOQ is 500pcs per color. For smaller requests, sublimation printing can be used.
How are the products delivered?
We ship via Fedex, DHL, UPS, by sea, by air, by train, and by truck to meet different requirements.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T or LC; typically 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipping or against B/L copy.
