Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc's characteristics.
Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to a steel sheet or iron sheet to prevent rusting. It provides excellent anti-corrosion properties and processability due to the self-sacrificing characteristic of zinc. Available in thick zinc layers up to 120g/m2 and classified as zero spangle or extra smooth.
The smelting of carbon steel is usually carried out in converter and open hearth. After the liquid steel is refined, it is injected into molds to obtain ingots. After forging or rolling, it is processed into plates, strips, and bars. Advanced control systems including Automatic Width Control (AWC) and Automatic Thickness Control (AGC) are utilized to ensure the highest product quality.
Our galvanized steel products are widely used in construction (prefabricated houses, steel buildings, roofing panels), home appliance shells, kitchenware, and machinery structure parts. With over ten years of production experience, our facilities cover advanced finishing rolling and hot rolling production lines, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
