Stainless steel strapping is designed for both indoor and outdoor applications where exposure to high humidity and moisture is expected. Unlike standard steel banding, its solid stainless steel construction ensures continuous resistance to rust and corrosion even if the surface is scratched or marred.
This material withstands chemical attacks, extreme humidity, and temperature fluctuations. It is widely used in manufacturing, water treatment facilities, and construction plants. The steel undergoes specialized heat treatment at approximately 200°C to form a dense ferroferric oxide protective film, isolating the steel body from air and water.
