E6013 Introduction:
E6013 is a carbon steel welding electrode with a titanium oxide coating, designed for all-position welding. Both AC and DC can be applied. This product offers excellent welding performance with superior operational ability, easy re-strike, a smooth arc, and an optimal bead appearance. It is specifically applicable for the welding of low carbon steel structures.
A welding rod (covered electrode) consists of a metal welding core and a coating that is evenly and centripetally pressed onto it. To ensure weld quality, strict regulations govern the metal element content in the core, particularly limiting harmful impurities like sulfur and phosphorus.
