The bright annealing process is conducted in a closed furnace protected by argon and nitrogen. This prevents oxygen exposure and oxide skin formation, keeping both the internal and external surfaces bright and clean. Our accurate temperature control (within ±5ºC) ensures uniform mechanical performance for bending and reaming.
