Can you provide samples, and is there a cost?
Standard items are free; you only need to cover the express shipping fee. If you have a freight account (FedEx, DHL, TNT), no express fee is charged. Customized samples require a sample fee.
What is the lead time for samples and delivery?
Samples typically take 5-7 days after payment. For bulk orders, we can generally manufacture several thousand items within 15-30 days after order confirmation.
Can I customize products with my own label and logo?
Yes, you can either send us your label design for us to produce and apply, or send us your finished labels to be placed on the items.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For OEM services, the general MOQ is 500pcs per color. For special requests with lower MOQ, sublimation printing options are available.
What are the available shipping and payment methods?
We deliver via FedEx, DHL, UPS, sea, air, train, or truck. Payment terms include T/T, L/C, or a 30% deposit before production with the 70% balance due before shipping or against the B/L copy.
