Q1: Can you provide samples? Is there a cost?A1: Standard item samples are free. You only need to cover the Express shipping fee. For customized samples, a sample fee will be applied.
Q2: What is the lead time for sample preparation?A2: Usually 5-7 days after the sample fee or request is confirmed.
Q3: How long does mass production delivery take?A3: Generally, orders are manufactured within 15-30 days once the confirmation is finalized, depending on the quantity.
Q4: Can I customize products with my own logo and labels?A4: Yes, we offer full OEM services. You can send us your design for production, or provide finished labels for us to apply.
Q5: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?A5: For OEM services, the general MOQ is 500pcs per color. For standard steel products, we accept orders starting from 1 ton.
Q6: What are your accepted payment terms?A6: We accept T/T and L/C. Typically, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipping or against the B/L copy.
